a good bra. yes, I said it… a good bra never goes out of style and transcends all of these weird trends that hit the runways.

I have seen my fair share of saggy boobies in the past week, hence the need for this blog topic. no matter your age, a good bra is necessary if your breasts are larger then an “a” or “b” cup and they are yours. some women have been naturally blessed with perky breasts which makes them fall into the “no bra needed” category.

most of us don’t fall into this category and thus are in dire need of the sometimes painful bra. nonetheless, the knowledge ones need for a bra should not make them feel bad or less/more of a woman. bras were created for a purpose so let’s embrace them!

here are some general rules to abide by:
1. your breasts should NEVER fall lower then your elbows. if your nipples are tickling your belly button, it’s not a good sign
2. if you have side boobage, it’s time for a new size
3. don’t be afraid of underwire! they offer a nice shape and in the right size, are quite comfortable
4. boobs are not static. they change size. don’t know your size? get measured! they measure women everywhere from lane Bryant to vickys secret.
5. every woman should possess one of each of these bras: a strapless, racerback, pushup, full coverage, sports bra, and a t-shirt bra
6. black women, a normal nude doesn’t blend with our skin so well so come up with a different option under white shirts
7. be appropriate with your cleavage. please do not have your cleavage poppin in the department of labor whilst trying to find a job. it’s not appropriate and it looks like your trying to breast feed the person helping you
8. bras are not meant to show unless it is intentionally part of the outfit

ok, this is all. ladies, let’s get it (or keep it) together. men, if u see some out of order titties, please direct them here.
